Welcome to my sanctuary of wellness! I'm Janelle, a neurocritical care nurse turned yoga and meditation teacher with a deep commitment to healing through both ancient wisdom and modern science.

I've dedicated myself to creating a haven for mindfulness, restorative yoga, and transformative wellness practices.

As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Qualified MBSR Teacher, I'm here to guide you on your path to well-being, whether you're navigating life's challenges or seeking to deepen your connection with your truest self.
